5 Places to Declutter During Faith Crisis and Transition:

(1) Your Closet - You're a new person now. How do you want to express yourself outwardly? How don't you want to anymore?

(2) Your Calendar - Your time is yours even if it hasn't always felt like it. What do you want to do with your time? How do you want to spend your life? How don't you want to spend your time anymore?

(3) Your Self Image - You get to decide who you think you are. Who are you? What self depricating or limitng beliefs are you ready to release?

(4) Your Media - You get to decide what programs your brain and whose voice you listen to. What media do you want to consume? What ideas don't you want to be training your brain to think?

(5) Your Morals - You get to declutter all those "right" answers you've been taught including what areas you believe are moral issues versus not. For example, maybe there aren't "good" foods or a "good" use of time or one way to be a "good" parent. What is "right" for you? What is "wrong" in your eyes?
